ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) — Two safety guards inside the Center for Advanced Medicine on the Barnes-Jewish campus fatally shot a 46-year-old man who was flourishing a knife.
Police stated the incident occurred on the 14th flooring when the male affected person armed himself with pocketknives in a public area of the ground. The guards fired a number of photographs, killing him. He was pronounced lifeless on the scene.
